Terms of Use

Last updated: November 7, 2026

Website purpose

This website provides information about AssemblyPilot and lets you request a walkthrough or pricing conversation. These website terms do not replace a signed customer service agreement, establish service levels, or commit AssemblyPilot to deliver every demonstrated capability.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit information you lack permission to share, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the inquiry form to send spam or malicious material.

Demonstrations, availability and quotes

Interactive demonstrations contain sample data and illustrative workflows. They do not process live registration payments. Features, connections, support and custom development depend on the agreed customer scope. Future or proposed capabilities are not commitments to availability, pricing or delivery dates.

Written quotes should identify included services, fees, payment-processing charges, delivery assumptions and any development required. A walkthrough request is not a purchase or an executed service contract.

Copyright and trademarks

© 2026 AssemblyPilot. All rights reserved. AssemblyPilot’s original website content and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Viewing or sharing links does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce brand materials for unrelated commercial use.

AssemblyPilot™ is used as a trademark of AssemblyPilot. The ™ symbol does not represent a registered trademark. Other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Comparisons and external links

Comparison content summarizes linked official sources and includes scope caveats. Vendor offerings can change; an omitted feature is not proof that a vendor lacks it. Verify current packages and capabilities directly with each vendor. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Customer-direct payments

AssemblyPilot never receives, holds or disburses registration revenue. Registration checkout uses the customer’s payment provider, with funds settling directly to the customer’s bank. Applicable provider charges and platform or service fees are separate and should be specified in the customer agreement.
