Who we are and what this covers

AssemblyPilot is based in Bellevue, Washington. This notice covers the public AssemblyPilot website and walkthrough or pricing inquiries. A customer’s deployed conference service may involve different data, roles and providers; those arrangements need their own applicable privacy notice and written agreement.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and association or event name. Please do not submit payment-card information, sensitive personal information, or attendee lists through this form.

Website hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error information to deliver and protect the site. Interactive demonstrations use sample information; they are not live registration or payment services.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss a walkthrough or quote, and maintain the related business correspondence. Technical information supports website operation, security and troubleshooting. Submitting a request is not consent to unrelated marketing campaigns.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry submissions are stored in Lovable Cloud. Providers supporting hosting, storage and business email may process information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security or legal matters. This notice does not promise a particular storage country.

Retention and privacy requests

To ask how long your inquiry is retained, request access or correction, or request deletion, contact tom@getassemblypilot.com. We will review requests subject to applicable law, identity verification and any recordkeeping obligations. No automatic deletion period or response deadline is represented here.

Conference attendees and session surveys

AssemblyPilot supports session surveys through the attendee app. For an actual conference, the organizer’s notice and service agreement should identify the survey information collected, who can access responses, how reporting is used, and retention arrangements. Contact your conference organizer about attendee data; this website notice alone does not describe every customer deployment.
